Every return is inspected by Risen AI, our AI + human inspection system. Each item gets three photos (front, back, and label), and the AI compares them against your original product listing photos to assign a condition grade of A, B, or C. A member of our warehouse team verifies every single grade before it's finalised, so you get AI speed with human accuracy.

Every single return, not a sample and not spot-checked. That's a deliberate difference from most UK 3PLs, where inspection, if it happens at all, tends to be manual and inconsistent.

Because every return is photographed and graded against the original listing, mismatches show up automatically. Wrong items, worn or used goods, and substitutions are flagged before a refund goes out, rather than discovered after the money's already left.

Within 24 hours of the item arriving at our warehouse, visible directly in your merchant portal in real time, not in a weekly batch report.

Returns processing is £2.50 per return, including AI + human inspection, fraud detection, and photos, with no separate inspection fee. Pick and pack starts from £1.10 per order, and pallet storage is £4.50 per week.

No. There's no minimum order or return volume, no monthly minimum invoice, and no long-term contract. It's 30 days' notice to leave, at any time.

No setup fee, and no charge on top of the headline rate for inspection, photos, or fraud detection. They're built into the per-return price rather than billed separately.

Yes. Products are uploaded via CSV from Shopify, Amazon, or WooCommerce, and our AI uses your existing listing photos as the reference point for grading returned items.

Yes, both from one warehouse, one team, and one portal: storage, pick and pack, and shipping, alongside returns receipt and inspection. Most 3PLs make you choose one or the other; ReturnRev doesn't.

Grade A stock goes straight back into your sellable fulfilment inventory through the same portal, so it can go straight into a new order rather than sitting in a separate returns pile.

Typically a few days once your product catalogue and Shopify, Amazon, or WooCommerce connection are set up. A dedicated day-to-day contact is introduced as part of onboarding.
